Aberdeen Cyrenians training facilities are available for hire by local businesses and the general public for presentations, training, individual learning, group work and informal/formal gatherings.
We have a recently refurbished meeting room which accommodates a maximum of 16 people and can be set up as a boardroom or theatre. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included in the hire price and catering can be provided at a minimal cost. Based in Summer Street we are centrally located with convenient parking nearby.
All revenue raised through the hire of our facilities is reinvested in the work of the organisation.
Voluntary Organisations: Full day hire £150, half day hire £75
Non-voluntary Organisations: Full day hire £300, half day hire £150
Costs include tea, coffee, biscuits, flipchart, whiteboard, paper and pencils
Buffet lunch of sandwiches can be ordered at an additional £5 per person. We have a PC and projector available for use at a cost of £25. Note: in the interests of safety we generally do not allow the use of external equipment. Should you wish to use your own equipment you must provide evidence that the equipment has been PAT tested.
