We understand that it is very important for our supporters to know how we use their donations, and which areas of our work their money is contributing towards. This is why each year alongside our Fundraising events we hold targeted fundraising appeals. These appeals range from Emergency relief to our Annual Christmas Appeal and give you, our supporters, an opportunity to donate directly towards a specific cause.
Our Harvest 2018 Appeal is now underway!

Christmas and Beyond Appeal
Watch this space for more information about our Christmas Appeal when it is launched in November 2018.
Street Alternatives is a complimentary project run in line with other volunteer services for homeless people in the city and operates through the use of volunteers. The service has been running since 2006 and was developed after Aberdeen Cyrenians lost the funding from Shelter for the winter crisis project. Some of the then volunteers wanted to carry on providing a much needed service for homeless people in the city of Aberdeen.
The project runs on a Tuesday and Thursday Evening, Saturday lunchtimes and every alternative Sunday. The need for the Street Alternativies service has never been so high and is a vital lifeline for many vulnerable individuals. For this reason we would like to extend the service and open 7 nights a week.
Street Alternatives is kindly supported by the Fairer Scotland Fund
